A former management consultant, Connie is committed to transforming financial markets through technology. With a background in industrial and financial engineering, she excels in design thinking and agile development. Connie’s vision is to provide widespread access to future financial markets. She brings expertise from roles at Accenture and Andile, where she contributed to treasury systems and digital banking apps.
Andries Brink
Co-Founder
Andries wants to propel Mesh into the forefront of decentralised financial markets, revolutionising cross-asset issuance and trade of digital financial assets. With more than 24 years in fintech, he is a firm believer that better markets make a better world. His extensive experience spans the globe, including successful ventures in Tokyo and London. He is the founder and CEO of 42Markets Group, and also serves as a Director at Sakeliga, a Trustee at Khula Trust, and holds a Directorship at Helpmekaar Kollege, where he focuses on social upliftment and education.
Luisa Mazinter
Chief Growth Officer
In marketing to solve real-world problems. Focused on propelling global growth for Mesh.trade, she previously achieved record-breaking customer numbers as chief marketing officer at TymeBank. She is Chair Emeritus at Modern Marketing Association SA, EMEA Board member, and Judge Chair for MMA Smarties Awards.

Erick is an inspiring technology leader who has been with Mesh from the very beginning. He has played a crucial role in building Mesh’s core technology infrastructure, leading his team to deliver on our promise of making the capital markets open to all.
As CTO, Erick leads Mesh’s technology strategy, focusing on AI and blockchain innovations to enhance our platform and user experience. He ensures scalability, security, and reliability while collaborating with teams to meet customer needs. Erick is committed to strengthening cybersecurity, achieving global compliance and building a world-class tech team that reflects Mesh’s values.
